Mental Health Awareness

rsz_holding_handsThis week (8 - 14 May) is Mental Health Awareness Week. Over the week we'll be sharing the experiences of our team members, individuals involved in our initiatives and partners. Their inspiring stories show how being active - whatever form that takes - can help improve or maintain mental health. In line with the strapline for the official week, it helps them 'thrive' rather than just 'survive'.

Keep an eye on this page, we'll be adding a new story each day.
